What is BabyGym:

The first two years are brimful with opportunities for movement and play to ensure the optimal development of your baby's brain and limbs, social and language skills, feelings and thought processes. Unfortunately, we as parents sometimes miss these opportunities. BabyGym helps you make every precious moment count!

BabyGym® is:

• An engaging, easy to follow and fun-filled way of making the most of your child's vital years
  
• Step-by-step stimulation programme for babies from birth
  
• Presented by qualified instructors to guide parents and carers on where to begin, what to do and what to look out for.

BabyGym® is ideal for the working mom:

• In only 5 weekly sessions mom and baby share quality time in a structured and fun way
  
• Only 1 hr once a week over a 5 week period
  
• Each session teaches a new technique to stimulate baby’s senses, brain and muscles
  
• Moms, dads and caregivers are welcome
  
• Babies between birth and 14 months too!
