Overview
Little cooks club, creating a passion for good food in children. This is a fun, educational hands on cooking programme for mothers and children between the ages of 2 – 7 years old.
Under the guidance of a dietitian children are taught through stories and games about healthy eating. They then get to prepare their own dishes and by following a facilitated facilitated recipe. Then there is a time of interactive play baking where they can mix and match different foods according to the theme for the week. And the best part is mom doesn’t have to clean up!!!
