Overview

We are a weekly play-activity programme that has been developed by an occupational therapist and a physiotherapist specifically aimed at stimulating development for babies aged 2-12 months.

Sessions are about an hour and a half long, which includes tea time for moms to share ideas and make friendships with moms who have the same age babies.

Workshops include the following activities

• Guided play with age appropriate toys
• Easy to do exercises to encourage the development of motor milestones and transitional activities such as tummy lying, sitting, rolling, crawling, standing, walking
  
• Using different apparatus such as physio balls, rollers, wedges and much more
  
• Outdoor time with messy play, sand and water for the older babies, slides and see-saws
  
• Massage for the tiny babies
  
• Fine and gross motor activities
  
• Stimulation of all the senses - visual, hearing, tactile, movement
  
• Music

We have morning and afternoon classes available. Our age groups are split into 2-6mths, 6-9mths and 9-12mths.

We also offer Dads Day, nanny training and first aid courses.
