Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

At Baby Sense we pride ourselves in high quality products that are safe and useful. We value customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your Baby Sense purchase or would like to make an exchange, please return your product to us in its original packaging, with a covering letter, detailing the reason for returning the product and your contact details. If your product is re-saleable or factory damaged, we will refund your money. Returns or exchanges must be within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to the payment card.

Cancellation of online order will be fully refunded if cancelled prior to shipping. If the product has been shipped you will need to return the item to us at your cost in order to receive a refund.

Typographical Errors

In the event that Baby Sense product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Baby Sense Online reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Baby Sense Online reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Baby Sense Online shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Backorders

Due to the popularity of some products or services, Baby Sense Online may not always have any products or services ordered by you in stock. Baby Sense Online will not accept orders for out of stock product. If the products ordered by you are not available or only a portion is available, you may cancel the order, or re-order the quantity that is available.

Gift Vouchers (online vouchers)

All Baby Sense Online issued gift vouchers are valid for one purchase only and expire six months unless otherwise specified from the date in which they are issued unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
