Shopping & Delivery

Yes, we are based at Prime Park, Unit A7, 15 Mocke Road, Diep River, Cape Town. Our offices are open from Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm. 

We deliver nationwide.

If you want to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. In order to keep our fast delivery times, your order is processed as soon as it has entered our system.

Orders are picked immediately during business days, and will be dispatched immediately, provided there is stock. All local orders are dispatched via our courier service. Courier service deliveries will take between 2-4 working days and is area dependent. Delivery will only be done on working days, within working hours to the address provided by you.

Payments

We accept VISA, MasterCard and all QR code forms of payment via PayFast.

Pay for your order in 4 interest-free, zero-fee payments over 6 weeks and get your order shipped right away. You heard that right!
No fees, no interest and no catch. Instalments are automatically deducted from your card every two weeks.

Returns

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us. Please note that you will be responsible for the all the shipping fees. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will refund the shipping costs.

Sending a Gift

It’s simple, create your order as normal then when you get to the checkout page you will be asked for the receivers name and address, delivery address, you can enter their details there and we’ll send it to them directly.

Yes we do, simply checkbox the gift wrapping option at checkout and write your message in the order notes box. Gift wrapping will cost an additional R60.
